Nov. 22, 1890, letter from John M. Sweeney, teacher at the No. 8 Day School on the middle branch of Medicine Creek at what was known as Little Wound's Camp, to Royer, regarding the practice of the Ghost Dance in the Medicine Root district. Also list of Pine Ridge Ghost Dance participants arranged by location and band, prepared by Indian police captain George Sword.
